The visiting charge of ₹500 reserves a specific appointment time with a doctor at Dr. Joshi's Holistic Multispeciality Clinic. Once that time is booked it is held for you and not offered to anyone else, so the visiting charge is non-refundable. Please be sure of your date and time before you pay.
Cancelling an appointment

If you cannot make your time, tell us as early as you can and we will move you to another slot rather than you losing the visit. Ask using the contact details below.
Appointments that were never confirmed
When you choose a time on this website we hold that slot for 20 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed in that time the slot is released automatically and nothing is charged. If money did leave your account but the booking did not complete, contact us with the payment reference — we will either confirm a time or refund you in full.
How to cancel
Call or email us using the details on the Contact page, or cancel from the Appointments section of your patient portal. The cancellation time is when we receive your request, not when you decided.
How a refund is paid, in the cases above
Where a refund is due — because we could not provide the appointment, or because money was taken without a booking — it goes back to the original payment method, the same card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account. We initiate it within 3 working days of confirming it; your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days to credit it. We will give you the reference when we initiate it.
Treatments, medicines and packages
This policy covers the online visiting charge only. Medicines that have been dispensed are not returnable for safety reasons. Treatment packages and protocols are governed by the terms agreed with you at the time of purchase; where a package is discontinued part-way, any refund is calculated on the treatment not yet delivered. Speak to the clinic and we will explain the figure before anything is processed.
Consultation fees are not a guarantee of outcome
The visiting charge pays for a doctor's time and assessment. It is not refundable on the ground that a consultation did not produce a particular diagnosis, prescription or result.
