Everything on this site — treatment pages, articles, patient stories — is general information about what we do. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for being examined by a doctor. Do not start, stop or change any medicine because of something you read here.
If you are having a medical emergency, do not use this website. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
What we do and do not promise
We practise integrative and Ayurvedic medicine alongside your existing treatment. Outcomes differ from person to person and depend on the condition, its stage and how the treatment is followed. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of recovery, of a particular result, or of a cure. Patient stories describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of yours.
We do not ask anyone to stop dialysis, chemotherapy, or any medicine prescribed by another doctor. Decisions about that treatment stay with the doctor who prescribed it.
Booking an appointment
- A booking is confirmed when the visiting charge of ₹500 has been paid and you have a booking reference.
- Choosing a time holds that slot for 20 minutes while you pay. After that it is released for someone else.
- The visiting charge is non-refundable once an appointment is booked. If you cannot attend, tell us before your time and we will move you to another slot instead.
- The clinic may contact you to confirm details, and may need to move an appointment — if we move it and you cannot attend, you are refunded in full.
- The visiting charge pays for the doctor's time and assessment. Medicines, tests and treatments are charged separately and are explained to you before anything is dispensed.
- Please arrive a few minutes early and bring any recent reports.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Giving us correct information
Book using your own phone number, and give accurate details. A phone number is verified by a one-time code, and it is how we reach you about your appointment. Booking on someone else's behalf is fine, but use a number that person can be reached on.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. If a payment is taken but no booking appears, contact us with the payment reference and we will either confirm a time or refund you in full.
Using this website
The text, images and design on this site belong to the clinic. You may read and share them; you may not republish them as your own. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or submit other people's personal information through its forms.
Online consultations
Where a consultation happens by video, it follows India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. A doctor may decide that a condition cannot be assessed remotely and ask you to attend in person.
Limits
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
